I am an independent senior technology leader, Technical Lead and Enterprise Architect based near Lausanne, Switzerland. My career includes Director-grade and Vice President-level leadership, combined with current hands-on work across Applied AI, cloud platforms, APIs, automation, IoT and private-client advisory.
About
I have spent more than three decades leading, designing and modernising complex technology environments across banking, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and other regulated international organisations. My career includes Director-grade and Vice President-level leadership roles, with responsibility for international teams, architecture governance, major transformation programmes and senior stakeholder engagement.
Today I combine that senior leadership background with hands-on engineering across enterprise architecture, Azure and hybrid cloud, identity, security, automation, APIs, Applied AI and connected systems. I design and build services using Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), OAuth, webhooks and cloud-native platforms, integrating OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini with deterministic backend services and authoritative data.
A significant part of my current work is confidential technical and strategic advisory for high-net-worth private clients, alongside Montis.icu, KNX/IoT engineering and evidence-grounded analysis of complex project documentation and stakeholder positions. I work comfortably from executive strategy and technology direction through architecture, implementation, debugging and production operations, with a strong focus on discretion, provenance, validation, operational reliability and controlled AI use.

The architecture deliberately separates probabilistic AI reasoning from deterministic calculations and source-of-truth data, providing a practical model for reliable, traceable and governed AI integration.
